It is our goal at Fashion Deli to keep you happy and we want your shopping experience with us to be positive and convenient.
We hope you enjoy your purchase as much as we do, however if you do wish to return or exchange item/s from your order we will happily assist you by providing a credit note, exchange or refund*.
*Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
- Returns must be received by Fashion Deli within 14 days of receiving your order
- Goods must be in their original condition with all tags attached
- Excludes Sale items and Discounted stock, please choose carefully
- No return or exchange for change of mind sales

Please note that postage and insurance costs are not reimbursed and cash on delivery postage is not accepted. Please note that it is your responsibility to select a postage option with tracking for your return as we can not take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us. For this reason, we recommend prepaid posting via Registered post to minimise any risk of theft or damage during transit.
If the items requested in exchange are not available or further payment is required we will contact you. Exchange goods will be sent to you via Register Post. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed and replacements to be dispatched.
In Store Return
Online purchases can be returned to our Fashion Deli store for exchange only. No refunds will be given in store for online purchases. Return must meet the conditions stated above.
Damaged or faulty goods
If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact our Online Customer Service team on (+61 3) 9827 7752 or email email@example.com. We will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed faulty we will offer you a replacement or credit.
Please note that we will only accept returns originally purchased online.
Goods received in error
If you believe you have received an item that differs to what you ordered please contact the Online Customer Service team on (+61 3) 98277752 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for this to be returned to us and for the correct item/s to be sent.
